I found the staff friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary airport shuttle was punctual and efficient, I appreciated it very much. My room was very clean and tidy. I found it comfortable for my short stay.
The sink in my room drained very slowly, water pooled before draining completely. This small inconvenience was a bit frustrating when trying to quickly wash my hands or brush my teeth. I hope they address it soon.

the free shuttle to the airport was on time it was convenient.
the air conditioner was noisy i could not find controls to shut it off. when i called the front desk the staff was unhelpful it took a while to locate the controls under a panel. the hotel should ensure all features are easily accessible.

The airport shuttle service proved punctual and helpful, I found.
My room smelled strongly of smoke, rather unpleasant, and I suspect management is either unaware or unconcerned. The noise level from nearby traffic made sleep difficult. I heard vehicles all night long. The in-room coffee maker did not work, I tried to make coffee, but it failed.

I appreciated the airport shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes. the on-site restaurant was convenient. i also found the waiting area before check-in comfortable. i was able to relax after my flight (it was delayed, so it was great to sit down).
i emailed the hotel three times before my stay, but i never received a reply. this lack of communication caused some confusion for my travel plans. it would be helpful if they responded more promptly to emails.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. It runs frequently. The staff was always friendly. The rooms were quiet.
The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. It was smaller than the toilet. I had to go outside with a luggage cart to get our luggage out of the car. I think charging $15 for parking is ridiculous.
